It is an immense pleasure for any human being when there is a dream and they chase the dream with quality team members and having support from family members. I am a common man, but I have dreams to establish our dream companies in Maldives, which is best known for its natural beauty and haven of easy and peaceful living. We are fortunate to realize some of our dreams in this country and spreading over South Asia by being a private partner in education sector and food distribution. The long term mission is to establish food processing, health care service, agro farming, IT and tapping opportunities in other sectors with the collaboration of national development policies by partnering with innovative, creative, and dedicated leaders in our Mianz International group for quality products and services for better livelihoods.

The dream is always a Moonshot but we can be driven by great purposes where the sky is not the limit. We dream together now, which is bigger than life and we believe now that many of our endeavors will result in failure, but will give at least one great success.

We would like to work all over the world because technology made the word “unreachable” redundant today. Everything is at arm’s reach. Mianz will continue to spread the mission and vision through strategic plans, which may disrupt the opportunities by ethical practices for the betterment of masses, solve the problems of millions, help others to rise strongly for a better and peaceful world.

We are going to invest in research for best product and services.

Mianz Foundation will work independently as a not for profit making organization and business subsidiaries will fund from the profit to support Mianz Foundation’s noble cause to help under privilege people to come out of their painful livelihoods.

Through business and entrepreneurial skills we want to train the youth, especially women and dreamers to be successful entrepreneurs and develop an abundance mindset that will help people to take bold actions in their life. We will soon develop an incubation center to make graduates successful entrepreneurs who will create more jobs with their innovative approach. We, the Mianz group, would like to make sure we contribute to building a good eco system in the countries we operate.

Every small business grows with family members and grows bigger with the help of employees only. Mianz wants to be the best organization for employees, for best HR and ethical practices and in the future plans to offer equities for the betterment of the company and employees. An employee must be treated like a family, which is the mission too.

One of Moonshot thoughts is to invest the 70 percent profits to be spent for staff, plough back for development of product and services and for community services and remaining only will be given to shareholders.

This is the mission and I believe this is bigger than the life purpose. The Mianz Group is not a money driven company but dream driven to solve problems of majority in society.

I thank almighty for the courage, support and blessings to develop the dream Mianz International and thank my family to be with my mission and thank my non biological family members, our team members. Without their support nothing would have come to reality. And thank you all for believing in me, understanding my intention and walking with me in the same pace. We have a long way to go and the long march just completed 15 years
